Where is my order / How do I get a tracking number?
The tracking number should be generated on your invoice. If you did not receive this email or have questions regarding your order, call us at 1-800-987-7238 ext. 4 or Email Us.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

Do you ship internationally?

Why do the shipping charges on certain items, like rescue tubes and backboards, seem a little high?
Large bulky items such as rescue tubes, backboards, ring buoys, umbrellas, and life jackets are shipped by dimension and weight, and require additional handling charges.
What if I do not receive my full order?
Items may be on backorder, please review your invoice. Reference the Backorder column to verify items have been placed on backorder. If you have questions on your backorder, call us at 1-800-987-7238 ext. 4 or Email Us.
When is the best time to order?
Water Safety Products is open for phone calls Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (Eastern Time). You may place an order any time at our online store. Please note that we will only be able to process your order during our normal hours of operation.

Can I get personalized facility pricing for my online order?
When you are logged into your facility’s account, the prices reflected at checkout are your account’s special pricing. To insure you are logged into the correct account, call us at 1-800-987-7238 ext. 4 or Email Us.
Can you email me an invoice?
An invoice will be automatically generated once your items ship. Email Us or call us at 1-800-987-7238 ext. 4 to ensure your account is up to date with the correct contact information.
My company requires a credit card receipt. How do I get a receipt for a credit card charge?
Our system does not generate credit card receipts, but our customer service team can verify your payment was successful and provide you with an Order Confirmation document.

How do I place an international order or quote online?

Are International freight charges applicable to my online order?
Freight Charges are automatically added to domestic orders. If your order does not calculate correct shipping after checkout, a member of our customer service team will reach out with an updated invoice. Drop shipped items will require a freight estimate and your order will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I set up a Commercial or Net 30 account with Water Safety Products?
Terms will be negotiated once a credit application has been completed and approved by the credit department. You may fill out the Credit Application. We will contact you with your approval status with the contact email submitted. Due to the length in time to process a credit application, it is recommended for customers to provide a valid credit card for their first order.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Existing accounts that have been approved for Net Terms may pay with a purchase order. If you are unsure if your facility already has an account, call us at 1-800-987-7238 ext. 4 or Email Us.
What are the payment terms for International Orders?
Pre-payment by wire transfer. Your order will be shipped after bank acknowledgment of funds transfer. Please note that order changes will not be accepted once payment is received and the order has been processed. For more information, call us at 1-800-987-7238 ext. 4 or Email Us.
What are the payment terms for Personal Orders?
Credit card. When placing an order online, this can be achieved through the website. You may call in your order to our customer service team. Please have your order information, credit card number, and credit card billing address available.
How long is my Credit Card number stored in my account?
One year. For security reasons every calendar year, our system removes aged credit cards.
I'm tax-exempt. Can I get a refund of the sales tax on my order?
Yes. Please Email Us a copy of your valid tax-exempt certificate to ensure your account is up to date. A credit will be applied to your account.
I’m tax-exempt. How do I make an online order?

Which states is WSP required to charge tax for?
We charge tax for the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. If you are tax exempt, please Email Us over a copy of your tax-exempt certificate so we can update your account.
Can I request samples?
Yes, samples are available on request depending on the item.
Do I need to pay for sample requests?
Yes. You will be eligible to receive a credit for your sample if you return it to us unused within 30 days. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please note we are not responsible for shipping charges.
How do I clean my lifeguard swimsuit or rashguard?
Rinse with fresh water after every use. Launder at least once per week with regular laundry detergent in warm water, using a normal wash and dry cycle. Do not use bleach, Woolite, fabric softener or dryer sheets. Do not hang dry. Drying with items that have Velcro (like our Men’s and Women’s shorts) can snag the fabric. Bundling your swimsuit in a towel will encourage mildew to grow within 24 hours, destroying your suit’s fabric.
How do I clean my moisture wicking lifeguard tech shirt?
Wash using only cold water, and turn the shirt inside out. Make sure that you launder your tech shirt at least once per week with regular laundry detergent or a special detergent formulated for technical wear. It is best to hang it out to dry as machine drying can damage the wicking and cooling properties of the fabric. You may tumble dry on low heat if necessary. Never dry clean, iron, steam press, bleach, or attempt to soften technical shirts. Bundling your shirt in a towel will encourage mildew to grow within 24 hours, destroying the fabric.
What does backorder mean?
Backorder means items on your order are temporarily unavailable. Once our warehouse receives stock of these items, the backorder will be shipped.
How do I know if an item has been placed on backorder?

What does drop ship mean?
We work with many vendors who will ship your order directly from their warehouse. This helps speed up shipping time and reduces cost.
Do you have size comparison charts on your swimsuits?
